As part of our commitment to our customers and consumers we are aiming to continuously improve our levels of service.

To this end, we have established a dedicated Service Centre in order to offer our customers and consumers a more efficient, responsive and pleasant after sales service experience related to our products. This Service Centre is responsible for all three of our major brands namely TOTAI, ELBA and ELICA. We have a dedicated Call Centre, Spare Parts Department, Internal Repair Workshop, and a Network of Authorized Service Centres (ASC’s) nationally.
